That's where you're wrong. Ray isn't stupid. Far from it.

Ray knows what he's gambling. How he plays the game is more important to him than winning it, cause he believes the means justify the ends instead of the other way around.

Might seem like he's got it twisted, but it ain't up to me to decide what's right or wrong and I couldn't care less.

All I know is if Ray were anyone but who he is, I'd be dead. Or wishing I was.

[ He never would have believed it would be possible for him to think it, but maybe Snart is right. He's a grown up. He's a hero. Just because Cisco hadn't been able to save himself back when he was still as trusting as Ray (or... closer to it) doesn't mean things will go the same way for Ray.

Cisco doesn't know if Ray's said anything about Eobard to Snart, yet. If he doesn't understand the context for this conversation yet, he'll get it soon enough. ]

[ Oh god that's way too specific to not be true. Had someone put that on youtube? Cisco hadn't realized that was a possibility. Why would they? It was just some dorky, kind of lame nerdy song he'd played for the occasion. Who knows how many people had seen it. Snart had seen it. ]
